Dear Valued Windows Hosting Customers,

To enhance our service quality, delivery, redundancy, and overall resilience, we are preparing to migrate our current Shared Windows Hosting platform to a more advanced, faster, and powerful machine. This upgrade will be supported by a robust infrastructure featuring DDoS protection, all housed within our data center, which also accommodates our Linux Hosting Servers.

What prompted this change?

Our primary objective is to offer our existing customers a dependable and efficient platform while also expanding our Windows Reseller program. This transition will allow us to have greater control and protection over our services. Additionally, we aim to improve uptime, speed, and performance through the implementation of new hardware, including powerful CPUs, ample RAM, increased bandwidth, and NVMe SSDs, among other enhancements.

When will this take place?

The migration is scheduled to occur within the next 7 to 14 days. We will provide further updates once the data transfer is complete.

What can customers expect during this transition?

You can look forward to the new server operating on the latest version of Plesk Obsidian, which is recognized as the industry-standard Hosting Control Panel for Windows platforms. Please be aware that there will be a downtime of approximately 24 to 48 hours due to DNS changes. While we are striving to align the new server's configuration (including PHP, MySQL, and MSSQL versions) with the existing setup to ensure a smooth transition, some issues may arise. During the propagation phase, you may experience delays in receiving emails, but we will provide guidance on how to easily import your emails from the old server to the new one using the Mail Importing feature in Plesk.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this process.

How will it be performed?

The process will involve transferring new backups from the source server to our destination server. Following the data migration, we will provide individual details to each customer. If you do not receive this information, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected] for assistance.


What do we anticipate from our customers?

We kindly ask our customers to refrain from making updates to their websites or applications until we provide confirmation or access details. It is also important to continue backing up your content and emails on a daily basis. If you experience any issues with missing emails, you can utilize the Mail Importing feature in Plesk to retrieve emails from the previous server during the aforementioned propagation phase. To minimize disruption, we will adjust the DNS settings over the weekends.
